Ait Ben Haddou is a stunning example of Moroccan architecture and engineering. The fortress was stacked exploiting traditional techniques and materials, including adobe, straw, and wood. Despite being over 300 years old, it still stands fresh and is a will to the science and craftsmanship of Moroccan builders.
